Reality can be perceived.
But not all perception is reality.

That's precisely what all the advertising agencies don't want us to believe.  They want us to think that perception IS reality.  That you CAN take it with you.  That a new car will make you feel good.  That we CAN all look like a fashion goddess or a fitness guru.  That another credit card will make you happy.  You get the picture.

Now here's another one -- 

Absolute truth is knowable.
But not all truth is absolute.

The relativists swing from the left to the right on most issues,
basing their position on the latest poll, scientific discovery, or newest twist in philosophy.  Their stated goal is the pursuit of truth and knowledge, even quoting the Bible saying "The truth shall set you free."  But their definition of truth is "whatever is true for me at this time."  To the relativists, there are no absolutes.  The result...
